Indore Institute of Law with full pride and head held high, organized India's 1st National Law Fest Lex Bonanza back in the year 2012 and earned great laurels among academicians, students, and philanthropists. It provided a platform for students to showcase their legal skills and develop their personalities. This Law Fest helped the Indore Institute of Law to occupy the position of prominence in the globalized world.
This Law Fest has now become a legacy since the year 2012. The VI edition of Lawfest in 2017 added another feather to the cap as it went International. Teams from Nottingham, U.K., and Eastern University, Dhaka, Bangladesh participated in this edition. Furthermore, the VII Chapter of Lex Bonanza was witnessed in the year 2018 with the huge participation of 28 teams inclusive of international teams from the University of Nigeria and Eastern University, Bangladesh.
The Law Fest 'Lex Bonanza' time and again has been adorned by several highly reputed Legal luminaries inclusive of two Chief Justicesnamely, Chief Justice Deepak Mishra and Chief Justice Altamas Kabir. Furthermore, Lex Bonanza 2018 was honored by the presence of reputed legal luminaries, Hon'ble Justice Shantanu Kemkar (Judge - Bombay High Court), and Adv. Joy Basu (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India).
Indore Institute of law organized the Chapter VIII 2k19 international law fest Lex Bonanza. The chief guest of the Inaugural ceremony was Hon’ble Justice Rajiv Sahai and Justice Rohit Arya was the guest for Valedictory ceremony. A total of whooping 44 Teams (274) participated from India and Abroad.
The IX edition of law fest 2020 via online mode was conducted. A total of 165 teams participated which included 7 International teams. It was indeed a matter of great honour as Mr. Salman Khurshid (Advocate Supreme Court of India) graced the event as chief guest in the inaugural ceremony. The valedictory ceremony was concluded by the chief guest Hon’ble Justice Ashutosh J.Shastri (Justice Gujrat High Court).
The International law fest Lex Bonanza 2k21 chapter X was back again in December 2021 with a bang of 140 teams from 101 collages including global participation from Germany, UK, UAE, Pakistan, Srilanka, Nepal, 14 NLU and many private universities of reputes across the country. The inaugural address was given by prof. (DR.) V. Vijay Kumar (Vice Chancellor NLIU Bhopal). The chief Guest of the valedictory ceremony was Hon’ble Justice Vivek Agrawal ( Judge High Court UP) and Hon’ble Dr. Justice Kaushal, Jayendra Thakur Allahabad High Court UP.
It gives us immense pleasure delight and pride to announce the engrossing and exhilarating, Mega Law Fest of the year LEX BONANZA (chapter XI) 2K22, International Law Fest organized by Indore Institute of Law, from 9th to 11th December 2K22. LEX BONANZA has become a legacy of our premier institute and taking the same forward we are delighted to announce ADR as the theme of our Competition.
