Mooting is undeniably one of the key applications of the art of persuasive advocacy in a stimulated environment. While, mooting isolates itself from general form of public speaking or debating, it requires special environment, skill and infrastructure to bring out the best in the budding lawyers. As an activity it inculcates research, presentation and analytical skills which are requisites for a good advocate. In order to equip our students with court room etiquettes, research ideology and advocacy attributes, we at Indore Institute of Law have applied this crucial tool in our clinical education methodology.
Our initiative is enhanced with a dedicated, well-equipped, air-conditioned moot court hall. Designed to provide a real court room experience, our Moot Court Hall is endowed with modern acoustics, perfect lighting, technical support to enhance proper judicial setting.
