Established in 2003, IIL is a community of dedicated individuals who share a common goal of revolutionizing legal education. Our mission is to equip students with a profound understanding of law and prepare them for the evolving demands of the legal industry. IIL has achieved remarkable milestones, notably earning the distinction of being the only institute in the country to receive an NAAC A+ accreditation in its very first cycle. In addition, we have attained Autonomy Status starting from the academic year 2023-2024. Our approach to education combines both theoretical and empirical methods, fostering an innovative learning environment aimed at providing dynamic training and teaching.

Within a short span, IIL has gained recognition as the sole private institute offering a comprehensive range of major law courses, including B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) with Global Transnational Studies, LL.B.(Hons.), and LL.M. under one roof. We are committed to providing our students with diverse opportunities to excel in the field of legal education. At IIL, we believe in nurturing the holistic development of our students. In addition to traditional classroom learning, we offer practical training and exposure, enriching their educational journey. Over the years, we have embraced the transnational educational model and organized numerous international trips for our students, including visits to the International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, as well as educational tours to Herriot Watt University and Middlesex University in Dubai, UAE.
